About

What if the breakdown isn’t the end, but the beginning of your transformation?

Fifteen years ago, I learned marriage counseling wasn’t the solution. I sat crying in the passenger seat as my husband drove us home. After years of therapy, we were more disconnected than ever. When we got home, he packed a bag and left. Our therapist’s final advice? “At this point, I recommend separation.”

I had done everything right. Read the books, gone to therapy, worked on myself, tried to be the perfect wife. And still, I got divorced. Later, she told me to “find an equal partner.” So I did. I remarried, sure I’d chosen differently. But the same painful patterns followed, arguments, distance, exhaustion.

This time, I skipped therapy. Instead, I found coaching, and everything changed. It gave me the tools to show up differently. When I did, my husband naturally mirrored me, no pressure, no convincing. It felt like a superpower.

I never planned to be a coach. I just wanted a strong, connected family. But when coaching transformed my marriage, I trained with many different coaches to go deeper. I saw other women experience the same breakthroughs, and that drew me in. That’s why I created The Connection Method, a framework blending neuroscience, and coaching tools to create lasting change.

The women I work with are strong, smart, and capable. They don’t need saving. They just need tools that actually work. If you’re here, maybe you’re one of them. You don’t have to wait for your partner to change, start now. And when you do, everything shifts.
